1. Click on any cell within the pivot table to activate the PivotTable Fields pane.
\n2. In the PivotTable Fields pane, drag and drop the field you want to show the values for into the “Values” section.
\n3. By default, the field will be summarized using the SUM function. To change this, click on the dropdown arrow next to the field in the “Values” section and select “Value Field Settings.”
\n4. In the Value Field Settings dialog box, go to the “Show Values As” tab and select “Value.”
